My daughter was flying solo and her flight was delayed due to severe weather. In addition to the delay there was a delay at arrival due to a back up of arrivals. Gurley, the driver waited patiently for over 2 hrs due to circumstances beyond her control. She reached her destination late but in time for the final check in.
